Upon approval by the Chinese Ministry of Education under the Permit Code MOE53US2A20181961N, the undergraduate education program in Civil Engineering between Kunming University of Science and Technology and University of Idaho started enrolling students in 2018. After initial 3 years’ study at Kunming University of Science and Technology, qualified Chinese students of this program can choose to be transferred to University of Idaho for 1.5 years’ further study toward a bachelor’s degree and diploma from Kunming University of Science and Technology and a bachelor’s degree from University of Idaho. Those who choose to study in China for the fourth year can receive a bachelor’s degree and diploma from Kunming University of Science and Technology.
