Leveraging its strong engineering capabilities, Huaiyin Institute of Technology, in collaboration with the long-established Delaware State University, has jointly developed a high-level model for China-US cooperative education. The project, driven by Pioneer’s leadership in full-process management, has successfully implemented a systematic process from initial feasibility analysis to the official establishment and inauguration of the college.
